Billy brought a bunch of salmon back from Alaska and we each got one smoked so there is a lot of smoked salmon floating around here. So far we've had smoked salmon fettucine, smoked salmon quesadillas and smoked salmon chowder. I've been looking at other smoked salmon recipes -- I want to make a pizza. But in my travels I found this goofy recipe for salmon cooked in the dishwasher. Seems like a pretty egregious use of resources.
